The Strahov Monastery (Strahovský klášter) with its world’s most beautiful library is a Premonstratensian abbey located in Strahov quarter in Prague. It was founded in 1143 by Bishop Jindřich Zdík, Bishop John of Prague and  Duke Vladislav II.

It is walking distance from Prague Castle but if you are not near best option is to go by public transport and then taking tram Pohořelec tram stop.
